GABRIEL POV
Knowing Daphne likes to enjoy the earliest part of the day, we decided to meet her at her house and escort her to the infirmary. Opening her front door she chuckled when she saw us sitting on her fence waiting patiently.
“I take it you boys either want to know how she is, or you want to know when you can see her?” She said, her voice full of playfulness.
“Both!” We responded in unison, which caused Daphne to chuckle.” Okay, well, if you both behave you can come with me. I am sure she will be happy to see the two of you.” Daphne’s reply having us fall into step next to her.
Our conversation easy, we used the time we walked to just enjoy the stroll. It wasn’t quite thirty minutes later we were coming up on the infirmary.
