“That was weird right?” Typhon asked as we watched Romanoff leave, escorted by the warriors. “Yep! Sure was!” Inferno replied, he looked at me as he said it, his thoughts clear across his face.
“He was fishing, he thinks we have Romanoff. I guess he just told us he doesn’t have him either!” I smiled as I said the words. Inferno smiled,” Interesting” he said clearly thinking much more than he was saying. Once the Warriors had ensured that he was completely off of the territory, I had some time to sit and move out what I need to do to keep all the she-shifters safe.
I’m not really used to having so many people in the Palace, at that moment I was guiltily relishing the fact that many of them were in the process of leaving.
