Rose has been in therapy all week. She wanted to do it daily to see if it helped break down the wall. Friday, she looked better in herself, I couldn’t describe it. I thought she would have had a breakthrough, but Bear who I am going to kill, had the tv on the news. Rose saw it. This shut her down again. Having the ghosts of the past come back and haunt you is hard at first.
But Rose, she just surprised us as always. Showed how strong she really is. She took that file, opened it and read every detail in the reports. She looked at the victim’s photos but refused to look at the crime scene photos saying they deserve dignity and respect, only the police should see these photos.
