Signing

"Oh okay! You can go." he said as he recalled something. He didn't know what was going on, but whatever it was, he was sure it was for her own good. Lily returned back to him with her sister. "It's done. My mother will be going for an operation to get better. "Good luck then!" he said, tapping her on her shoulder. Not too long after, Assistant Ray walked in with a few lawyers. Lily and Cathy froze. Where they going to sign it there? "I'm sorry for the delay Master." Assistant Ray apologized as he walked in hastily. "You should not have come here with the lawyers, we can always have it signed later." Master Chris stated, expressing his concern. He too was bothered about the woman in the room about to be operated on. "I'll sign it. Don't worry. It's a deal anyway!" Lily then said, she didn't care anymore. "Are you sure Sis?" Cathy asked. She was worried for her sister's mental health. "Yes, can I have a pen?" she asked as she looked at Assistant Ray. "Yes sure!" he said as he dipped his hand into the briefcase in his hand and brought out a pen. After one hour, Lily was able to sign on the documents. The deed was already done. Raising her head, she looked at Cathy and then Master Chris. Seeing as all was well with them, she handed the copy to Master Chris and sat down to wait for her mother. "I know you will be fine Mom. You are strong!" she whispered as she looked at the light at the top of the door. After a few hours, the door opened and the doctors walked out. Immediately they saw the Doctors come out, Lily Cathy rushed to them. "How's my Mother?" "Hope my Mom is okay?" "Doctors please say something." They were so anxious. The doctors didn't know what to say at first as they looked at the two young ladies. "Relax ladies!" Doctor Ryan said, appearing at their front. "How my mom Doctor?" Lily asked as she looked at the Doctor. "Your mother is fine, but, she needs some rest before she can be discharged." he told them assuringly. Lily and Cathy breathed a huge sigh of relief. That's what they needed to hear. Nothing less. "Thank you Doctor! Can I go see her?" Lily requested, almost sobbing. "Not until you get a grip of your emotion. Your mother's emotion should never be triggered if it's not about happiness." he advised and walked away. Master Chris and his assistant just watched the scene. The lawyers had long left the hospital. "How are you coping in here Master?" Assistant Ray asked Master Chris. He knew how much Master Chris hated to be in a hospital. He wondered why he wasn't complaining. Turning to Master Chris, Lily gave him a look of gratitude and looked into the Theatre as she watched the nurses take her mother to the ward. "Let's go!" Cathy said, and tugged her by her arm. Mother Walker opened her eyes and what met her gaze was Lily and Cathy's eyes as they looked at her like she was going to disappear if they take their eyes off for a minute. "I'm not going to disappear okay!" she said and smiled. Cathy and Lily then hugged her at once. "We know mom!" they then said. When they left her, Mother Walker then spotted two young men. "Who are these people?" she asked in concern. Their aura was really strange to her. "Sis husband and his right hand..." "Shut up Cathy." Lily held Cathy's mouth as she scolded her. She didn't want anything to trigger her mom's emotion. Lily's husband? "Lily, are you married? How come I didn't know about it?" "Mom, it's a pretty long story. We will discuss it when we get home." Lily assured her mother as she rubbed her forehead so she could relax. That was so close. She thought. Master Chris' phone then rang. When he saw who was calling, he quickly ran outside to answer it. "I want to leave for home. I'm fine now." Mother Walker then said. She was already getting really curious about Master Chris. "Okay mom. Give me a few minutes, you will get discharged." Lily said and walked out. Not long after, she walked in and took them out. "I'll drive you all home. I'm part of your family now." Master Chris told Lily outside the hospital as they were about to leave. "This is a contract marriage. Don't you think we should give each other some privacy?" Lily fired. "It's a contract marriage yes. But it doesn't change the fact that I'm your husband and you're my wife. The woman your sister is holding is my mother in-law while your sister is my sister..." "Enough! Drive us then." she hated long talks plus it didn't look like he was ready to back down. "That's my wife." he teased and walked to his car. Lily's cheeks turned red. Who the hell is this man? Groaning, she assisted Cathy and helped their Mother into the car. The car stopped at the front of their small house. Master Chris came down from the vehicle and ran to the back seat and helped Mother Walker into the house under everyone's watch. Assistant Ray felt amused at how much down Master Chris pulled himself down to please Mother Walker. He had even drove the car himself. Lily took her Mother from Master Chris and helped her lay on the bed. "I'm fine now Lily. Can you tell me all I need to know now?" Mother Walker asked Lily without minding if Master Chris and his assistant was still there. Lily looked at Master Chris, Cathy, Assistant Ray and back at her Mother as she wondered if she should go on or allow her mother take a little rest before she could proceed. "Get ready Lily, we need to get to New York City. So you will have to relocate with our Mother and my sister in-law. You can now tell Mother what she deserves to know." Looking at Chris Morgan's look, Mother Walker's face changed.
