I woke up to the smell of freshly brewed coffee. Warm, rich, comforting—the kind of smell that makes you want to stay in bed forever. For a second I didn’t move. I just stretched lazily under the covers and smiled toward Michael. He walked in with a cup in his hand, hair messy, eyes soft. “Good morning, gorgeous.” “Mmmm… good indeed,” I purred, arching like a cat into his touch when he brushed my hair away from my face.
