The ride to the university was nice and peaceful. Once we arrived to the dorms I could smell all the humans already. Without even getting out of the car, the smell hit me like a brick.
I felt a strong burning sensation in the back of my throat, and I looked at Ace in panic. I had just hunted, and I felt full, but I needed to feed again. Desperately.
“It will be alright Skye.” He put his hand on my hand, and I nodded, trying to keep myself calm.
