Today I wake up with a huge smile on my face. This past year has been amazing. Adam tells me. I am beautiful every day. I find myself smiling every day. Adam is always making me laugh. When I have my moments, Adam never fails to help me back to the light.
Today when I put on makeup it’s not going to be to hide bruises.
My dad and me have made up. I forgave him for his mistakes.
My mom, and her husband split causing my mom to go off the deep end. She just got out of prison and is on house arrest. So, she won’t be here today. She couldn’t get it approved to come. I wasn’t about to hold my happiness off because she couldn’t get it together in time. She has said she regrets the way she treated me. I forgave her, but we still are on rocky terms. We will get there someday again, but today
