THE STORM

12.Bria

Courtney sees, their friends sitting at a gravel lot, and she decides to pull in. There are about 40 cars, sitting here in this lot. I see a group of them in front of the cars. They are all laughing and joking around. They would yell at a few cars driving by, just messing around. The girls all tell me to get out with them, and candy loops her arm with mine.

We walk into the middle of the big group. I’m standing there all shy as hell because, I don't know anyone in this crowd. Courtney finally, introduces me to everyone. As Courtney is saying their names they talk. That makes it easier to put a face with a name.

Justin- “What’s up.”

Willie- “Hey”

Shadow- “sup”

Josh- “Hi”

Mike Waves hi then he, kisses Bridgett.

Then they all start talking. I'm laughing at some of their jokes they are funny. When I hear Shadow ask, “who all is coming to his house to party”. I look up and, instantly make eye contact with Adam. I blush, while trying to look away But, every time I look back, he is still looking at me. Candy breaks me out of it, when she says, “we are going to the party”. At first, I say, “no I should probably go home.” Then Bridgett says, “no you are coming”. I try to say “no” again until I feel goosebumps rise all over my body. Then I hear someone whisper in my ear. oh, come on Bria, come have some fun with us.” I look at Candy, Courtney, and Bridgett, they all have a smile on their face.

I turn to see what they are smiling at. When I see Adam, is the one who whispered in my ear. He looks me up, and down checking me out and, my body goes hot. (What the hell, is wrong with me.) I snap out of it when I realize he is waiting for me to answer. I find myself saying “yes.”

. They all cheer! We all turn to get in the car but, before I could get in the car Adam, comes up to my side, of the car stopping me. Adam says, “you can ride with me if you want”. I go to say “No,” When Candy Shouts, “Bria, would love to ride with you”. My eye’s go big. Adam smiles. I give in saying “ok.” (something about Adams smile makes me wild) As Adam walks me, to his car. I get goosebumps all over. Just from him, being close. Adam then, opens the door for me, to get in. Candy yells, “get it girl.” I blush, and Adam laughs.

Courtney follows behind Adams car, for what seems like forty-five minutes but, it’s probably only been about thirty. Sitting this close to Adam has my mind in a fog. We pull up to a house in the middle of nowhere and, no one could hear anyone scream for miles kind of nowhere. It's peaceful. Adam walks around his car, opening my door for me. After Courtney parks her car. They all get out.

As I am getting out, Justin walks up, asking “who all wants to pitch in for Alcohol. I say, “I can throw in a little” because, if I'm going to be here, I might as well pay some. Even if I, don't drink. Candy “yells hell yes!” and claps. I hand Justin $20, and he smiles saying “damn I like you already.” I laugh and say well, “thank you.”

Today was pay day so, I had some money on me. I have some put up though because, I need a cell phone. I plan to get one tomorrow.

Courtney pushes me, with candy and, Bridgett into the house. There is music playing loud when we step through the door. While I look around, I notice a few girls from school. A girl I have art class with, Brailey, is here. She walks up to us while holding up a tray, with Jello shots on it. Candy takes a few along with Courtney and, Bridgett. Then they look at me. I go to say “no” at first and, when I look over I see Adam walk in the front door. Adam, instantly smiles at me. So, I say f**k it as I take two. I down them instantly. Bridgett says, “hell yes.”

Candy hands me some shots of UV blue vodka. I take two shots of that down as well. Candy laughs and says “tonight is going to be a blast. Bria you need fun in your life”. I laugh because I couldn’t agree more.

It isn't long before I feel my body starting to relax. While I’m drinking a wine cooler, laughing with the girls having a good time. I start trying to remember, when the last time I've had this much fun was, but not wanting my thoughts to dampen the mood I shake it off. As I’m taking a big drink of my wine cooler almost finishing it. I look back out to the living room. Adam and, me make eye contact. I blush! Like a f*****g elementary school girl.

We are staring at each other, when A song comes on in the living room. (sexy b***h By David Guetta ft Akon) I love this song so, pulling Courtney, Candy, and Bridgett out to the living room to dance.

I’m swaying my hips back, and forth, running my hands down my body just really, letting loose. Candy says, “damn girl”. I laugh because, I love to dance but, I haven't felt like dancing in forever. It feels good to let loose. I’m getting into the groove when I feel hands rest on my hips and start to grind with me. I know it's him without having to look or turn around. The goosebumps gave it away. I’ve never gotten these goosebumps around anyone, but him.

So, I take this opportunity to drive him crazy. Call me a tease but, I’m having fun and, Adam makes me lose my mind when he is close. I’m putting my all into dancing when. The song changes to (Right ROUND BY Flo Rida) comes on. I instantly start, grinding my ass back into him. He is wrapping his hands around my stomach and, dancing right along with me. I feel his mouth come down to my ear and, Adam asks, “would you like to go somewhere quiet and talk”. Before I question it, Candy says, “hell yeah she does”. We both laugh, and he takes my hand leading me down a hall to a bedroom.
