When we got to the police station, the inspector showed us where Miles was kept.
So, when we got to Miles's cell, the first thing he said was my name. And then, I looked at Jayson with fear in my eyes.
"Miles," I said back as I turned to Miles. He had tattoos all over his body, from his neck down to his hands were filled with tattoos.
"Why are you here?" Miles asked.
"I'm here to see your shameless face!" I said.
He just laughed and said,
"Hmm...My shameless face. Okay. But don't think I'm done with you, Bella. This is just the beginning." He said as he stared directly into my eyes. Just then, Jayson entered the conversation and said,
"Hey! watch the way you speak to my wife. And, So you know, your game is over! There's nothing you can do from here." He said as he pointed at Miles.
