Chapter 2

Jayson

"Lala! I miss you. I can't wait for you to come back." Jay said this as he slapped the first girl's ass.

Lala is the name of Jay loving and caring grandmother.

Jayson Hamilton is a young, good-looking bachelor, who was pampered and spoiled with money by his grandmother who he calls Lala. He lost his mother when he was just a child and his father abandoned him with his grandmother by getting married to another woman.

Jayson is a party goer, he does not believe in relationships, this was because his father never loved his mother, while his parents were still married, his father had a mistress outside their marriage.

He goes around sleeping with one girl to the other.

"I love you so much lala!" He continues as he slaps on the second girl's ass.

The girls just giggled and asked for their money by stretching out their hands.

"Lala! it seems like you won't be around for my birthday." He says this after giving the girls their money.

"Yes, I know. I miss you so much, and it's painful for me that I won't be there, but you know, the doctor said I have to recover before I can come back home." His lala replies to him.

"Aww! Lala. I miss you too, you just enjoy your vacation over there in Germany." He says this as he walks downstairs to the dining table.

"My baby Jay. I hope you take care of yourself." his lala added.

"Lala. I'll be fine, besides, I'm turning twenty-five tomorrow. Hmm!Lala, regarding the trust fund you have been saving for me, you said that when I clock twenty-five, I'll gain access to the money right?"

His grandmother has saved up a huge amount of money for him and she signed a contract that he'll be able to collect the money once he clocks twenty-five.

"Jay. I'm so happy that I'm alive and seeing my grandson entering twenty-five, you'll get it for sure." his grandma assured him.

"Now I can't wait for tomorrow. I'm so happy! okay all I have to do now. I'll speak to you later. love you.Bye!" At this moment, he was extremely excited and full of energy.

'So I'll be a millionaire by tomorrow. I'll own eighty million all to myself.Yes! I'm so happy.

The smile he had on his face broadened so wide that the little dimples he had... showed by force.

After eating, he went to his room...picked up his phone and video called his best friends. He made it a conference call.

"Hey guys. What's up!"

"You know bro, we are running low on cash, and Uncle Cito is demanding our ads..." Said Fred, one of Jay's best friends.

"Yes! and he also said that if we don't get them ready by next month, he'll give the project to your dad!" Leo, Jay other friend said.

"So...is that what is bothering you. I got it covered, don't worry about it."Jay assured them.

"And....why are you not worried about what is going on." Fred asks.

"I'm not because I'll be twenty-five by tomorrow, and I'll be getting the trust fund my grandmother saved up for me."

"Oh my gosh! I forgot! " Fred shouted.

"Well Happy birthday in advance." Leo followed.

"Happy birthday bro!" they both said in chorus.

"Tomorrow I'm going to be a rich man, and finally I'm going to get the trust fund that Lala kept for me! '' said Jay to his friends.

"After you get the money, we will pay our debts and do the ads and send it to Uncle Cito," said Fred.

"And I will have tons of extra cash!" replied Jay.

Finally! the morning of Jay's birthday arrived and he was very excited. That morning, he just called his friends and they came over to his place. He took his bath and they went straight to meet the lawyer in charge of the trust fund.

"Here's your papers," said the barrister holding Jay's trust fund.

"What!!m" said Jay, surprised.

"Why? where is the trust fund my Lala kept for me?" Jay asked while shouting.

"Umm it was stipulated recently, that you will get the initial ten million only if you are married.. and then you'll get one million for every week you stay married." said the barrister.

"What!'' said Jay, still in shock.

"You can ask your Grandmother.l." said the Barrister.

"Lala! why didn't you tell me that you made adjustments to the trust fund! and that I must be married!" said Jay on the phone speaking to his grandmother.

"Well I told you the night you came home drunk." said his grandmother.

"But I was drunk then, why didn't you wait till I was sober." said Jay disappointedly.

"Jay! There's no need for you to be worried beside you and Gretchen have been in a relationship, all you have to do is to get married to her." his grandmother said.

"You see I just finished my stem Cell therapy, they took away decades from my face, so please don't bring them back to me okay" his grandmother continued.

"I love you, Jay! bye." his grandmother said as she ended the call.

"Lala! no! no! no! ahh!. guys!!" Jay screamed while looking at his friends with a face of disappointment.

He was so angry. So, his friends gave him an idea, that he should go to Gretchen, his ex-girlfriend.

And that he should beg her for forgiveness. Which he did.

He went straight to Gretchen's house.

"Gretchen I know I was stupid back then, so can you forgive me?" Asked Jay facing his ex-girlfriend Gretchen with a bouquet full of roses in his hand.

He was in that relationship only because of his Lala and nothing else. He simply does not believe in forever.

"Gretchen. Please will you marry me?" He says this as he goes down on his knees, bringing out a ring from his back pocket.

"Bae! I've been waiting for this moment, and now that it's finally happening." She says this as she brings him up from the floor.

"I can finally say. You are very stupid! after you used me, you think I'll say yes? I don't wanna go back and be part of your life ever again!" She ended it with a slap on Jay's face. And then she pushed him and slammed her door in his face.

He felt so embarrassed. His friends were just laughing at him. The only thing he said was.

"NEXT!.."

His friends understood what he meant by Next. So they hopped into the car and zoomed off. In the car, Leo opened his laptop and searched for the location of Jay's ex-girlfriends.

"Jay. you had a very bad relationship in the past." Said Leo, one of Jay's best friends.

"Yeah.I know." Jay replied.

"Oh! Oh! I got one" Fred shouted. "Her name is Tricia. I got her location, let's go!" Fred said, looking all excited.

On reaching there, he prepared a speech and he took one bouquet from the already packaged bouquets in the booth of the car. His friends gave him a thumbs up and then he left.

He met her putting her luggage in the booth of a man's car.

"Tricia!" he shouted and she turned and said to him...

"Jayson!."

"Umm. I got these flowers for you....."

Before he could complete his statement, a man popped out of the car and shouted.

"Honey! who's that." Just then fear gripped Jayson and then he completed his statement by saying.

"For you and your garden!" Immediately after saying this, he threw the flowers on the ground and took off to the car, and shouted to his friends.

Go! Go! Go!" and his friend hopped on the accelerator and zoomed off.

"Phew!.. She's married and her husband is too grumpy for me to talk with...".Jay said this while panting.

Leo searched online again and found the next girl.

The next one, they met her with four kids with no father.

On reaching the second one's house, Jay again collected a bouquet from their booth.

And then when he got to the front of the house, he met a pregnant lady sweeping the balcony.

He was confused, so he asked...

"Please excuse me. I'm looking for a young lady, her name is Rina. Please, does she live around this area?"

The lady was quick... to notice that it was Jay... so she just replied to him by saying.

"Jay! How have you been? I'm Rina"

At first, he was confused. It was after he looked at the lady a little bit closer. That was when he realized that the lady was Rina.

He paused for a moment. And then a few seconds after he just finished understanding the scenario, four kids rushed out and were shouting.

"Mummy! mummy! mummy!"

Just then the little one asked Rina.

"Mummy.. is he our Daddy?"

At this point, Jayson was freaking out. He didn't know what to do. He just screamed and ran back to his car.

"NEXT! NEXT!" he screamed at his friends as he entered the car.

The third lady they found online was quick to judge. On reaching her house, he met her with a man they cuddled with as they water their garden.

On seeing this, Jay just behaved as if he was passing by. He walked around a little bit and then, he went back to the car disappointed.

On reaching the car, his friends were like...

"Jay! you're back so early, what happened.." He just replied to them by saying...

"She has a boyfriend" He said this with his face looking frustrated and tired.

The fourth one was the last. When they got there, Jayson was nervous so he asked his friends to accompany him.

When they got to the door, Leo knocked, and then a thumb boy came out.

At this point, Jay was down. And then he just said to his friends.

"Guys.. let's go"

"No Jay! this might not be her, let's ask"Leo said.

"Excuse me, is this where Cookie lives?" Jay asks the thumb boy.

"Yes! I'm Cookie, are you, Jay!?" The tomboy replies.

"What! I'm I dreaming?.. what happened to you!?" Jay exclaimed as he moved back step by step.

"Yes. I turned myself into a boy! The three of them screamed and ran back to the car.

After all that happened that day, Jay was frustrated.

Staring at the ceiling in his house, Jayson and his friends thought to themself...and wondered if they would ever find a bride for Jayson.

Just then, Leo shouted "Oh my Goodness! I'm so smart!... I got it..."

"What?.." Jayson asked.

"Looking at your Lala's frame on this wall, a thought came to my mind, and it's that we should organize an audition show for single ladies who would like to be paid for doing a fake marriage for at least. Three months... and then after three months, the contract would be off, Isn't that a good idea?" Leo said this while standing in front of them.

"Hmm... that's a very wonderful idea...I have a director friend that will help us to contact as many girls as possible..." Jay concluded.

He did as he said. He gave the director a call and told him exactly what his friend said to him.

The director gave a lot of girls a phone call and told them about the audition show. Luckily enough, Bella was one of them.
