Jacob pursed his lips together as he clicked his tongue before shaking his head at my nagging. I stood up, pushing him aside. “Wait for me. I’ll get ready as soon as possible.”
My feet made their way to the bathroom. Everything was falling apart as I had no idea what to do first.
Brush my teeth? Take a quick shower or prepare my clothes?!

I didn’t even have the time to see what he was doing, and knowing he was still there was enough for me. Adrenaline was spreading all over me as I made sure my every move was quick.
“Don’t you ever leave me here!” I warned him, sticking my head out of the door of the bathroom.
