Nightly terrors

Back to reality

l look beside me and check my phone. Hmm 5:34.Ugh. There is no way that I am able to go back to sleep in only 26 minutes.I guess I better get ready for school.

(Time skip)

It's the middle of October so I decided to wear our school hoodie and black jeans. As I walkout my house I check the time 7:10. I got 10 mins to reach Arielle's house. Since it's still the beginning of the school year I decided that I would walk with her to school whenever I can. Class starts at 8 am I actually live very close too school,I just want to make sure of Arielle's safety coming to school. as soon as I Made it in front of Arielle's house I wave at her window signaling her that I was there.She comes down running down the stairs and give me a big hug. " Good morning!" She says .I pat her head and reply " Good morning!"

On our way to school walking to school, I tell her about my dream." Oof, I'm lost.Why did you killed him?" "I don't know, I just felt like doing it ." I say. " Ya,as if a stranger tries to kiss,the first thing that comes to mind is to kill them." She says jokingly. I giggle at her response. " Anyways can we go to the corner store ?" She asks with her puppy eyes I couldn't say no. "Sure let's go."

It's 2: 45 school is finished since 10 minutes ago . Luckily I have no homework. You know what that means...PEACE AND QUIET! I open the front door and run straight to my room . My siblings finish school at 3:10 so I have a lot of time. I take a shower and get into my pajamas.I hoped into bed and played with my phone. Honestly I don't like being home alone because I'm always hearing noises that aren't there and the most suspicious s**t would happen.

I hear noises coming from the hallway. Ugh must be my siblings. Why are they so noisy . The door opens and I see my brothers and sisters running in.

The youngest, Lizzy, she's 2 years old and my favorite tbh. I wasn't there when she was born,I was in Toronto visiting my dad and aunts for the first time.When I came back I was really attached to her. I somehow turned into her mom. As soon as she wakes up in the morning she would somehow come into my room and wake me up.

The second youngest,Liza, she's 6 years old. We are always fighting but she always comes running back to me.She get's mad really easily.When she does she screams. She almost like a ticking time bomb, you don't know when she is gonna explode.

The Third youngest, is Kevin, he is 7 years old. He is more of the joker. He is very innocent but when Liza and him fight it's like world war 2 all over again. Not exaggerating, some times they would end up having scratch marks all over their arm and sometimes face.He  also ended up by having a nosebleed!  i find it funny when my mom would get mad and yells his name because it would remind me of that movie home alone. We once forgot him when there was a fire drill. Actually it was my mom who forgot him.

The third oldest,Alice, is 9 years old. She... is very chatty. In other words she talks a lot and like some good tea. Some times she would meddle with other people business.It can get really annoying sometimes. She is like those gossip girls that you would find in movies.

The second oldest   is my brother Dylan.He is 11 years old. The only thing that we have in common is that we watch anime and like watching  funny fails. He likes sports while I'm being a chair potato , :3 a happy chair potato . We are practically complete opposites.He can be very moody sometimes.

I snapped out of my trance as Lizzy came running to me and gives me a hug. "Luna! "  "Hey Lizzy" I say as I hug back. Closing the door, my mom gives me two boxes of pizza. "Yay!"

It's 6:30, 30 minutes till it's lights out. I brushed my teeth, charged my phone while my mom was getting ready for work.I did't told her about my dreams because I thought it was normal since I would have them 24/7 when I was a child. Hmm 6:55 I guess i should tell Arielle good night.

Me: Good night!

Arielle: Already?

Me: Ya, I have to wake up early in the morning.

Arielle: Ok ._. Just don't watch peppa pig p

Me: Duck you XD

Me: Why would I do that?

Arielle: dunno

Me: Anyways, Good night, love you~ ;3

Then I shut my phone and rest it beside me. My mom comes walking in the room dressed in her work clothes. She takes care of people who can't do stuff on their own, either because they're too old or just because they are handicapped."Time for bed" she says turning off the television and gives Liza and Alice hugs and kisses. " What about me?" I say jokingly. She let's out a little giggle and gives me a hug. "Good night ". I hummed  as I lied down ready to go to bed.I waited to hear the click of the front door before getting too comfortable.

I got out of bed to make sure it was locked , got some water into my water bottle then return to bed. Seeing my siblings sleep peacefully made me a bit happy they are finally quiet.But to be honest, I feel safer when there are noises around ,maybe because it let's me know that someone is there and that I'm not completely alone.

Either way, I love my family even with our ups and downs. I pulled the blankets over my shoulder and started to sink into a deep,long slumber.
