when he needed my help

I started at a new school today I moved schools because of mys job she makes me move every time the job gets to the point where she has to make more money to keep me in school but the good thing is that this school is free.I really dont know this place and so I walked into the class that I have now And sat in the seat next to the window i love the seats by the window just so I can look out it but then a boy comes up to me and makes me more "What do you think you are doing in my seat" He asked me "im sorry im new here and I didnt know it was your seat"I said just before standing up and the teacher walks in and tells Devon as she called him to give me the tour of the school and he didnt seem very happy about thats we went into the hall for the tour and the first room and it was the science lab i wandered off into the lab and Devon continued walking for the tour till he realized i was gone he turned around and came and got me he scared me when he did and then when we finally got done with the tour we left the school we got in or on our vehicles and went to where ever we were going after school I went home to do the work i needed to do at home then i pulled out my phone and started to play on it.It was soon after there was a knock on the door I got up to see who it was well guess what it was Devon and i was not to happy to see him all i know is that I wanted to know how he knows where i live.I opened the door and he looked a little surprised that the house he was at was mine "Um do you want to come in"I had asked looking at him "If thats okay with you I would love to come in"He said looking me in my eyes I opened the door letting him in "can I get you anything?"he just looked at me like i killed someone "No thanks"he said walking around I was a little surprised that he was polite most people are very rude and just take advantage of him but this man was not like that and he was kinda cute in a very not my kinda person way I am gay but he looks straight  and he seems straight so i think hes straight."okay can I help you with something?"I questioned him just trying to break the silence "Yea i was just seeing if i could get some help with the homework I have from today"he said still looking around"Yea that will be fine um just follow me"I said leading im to my room Devon followed me to my room and sat on my bed ''do you have your homework with you?"I asked looking at him"That yes its right here"He said taking it out of his backpack and set it on his bed.We sat there doing his homework it took u about a hour or so.The time when we got done it was like 10:00 at night I was so tiered and wanted to sleep he looked about the same but he took his work and stuck it in his backpack and then looked at his phone to see what time it was when he seen he sighed I looked at him"you want to stay the night and got to school tomorrow?"I had asked hoping he would say yes cause my mum would not be home tonight so i would be alone tonight He looked up at me "yea sure how bad could it be?"He asked sarcastically and it made me smile.
