A week passed since the "Segan Incident", now known under the nickname of "The Undead Night". Many tragedies happened during that internal affair that can hardly be recovered. Shizuo's death, Shouko falling into a coma, Kein's disappearance and of course, many other citizens got hurt or even died during that time.
Standing in his office, Yoso has been carefully looking into all the records of the civilians, in the hope of finding someone with an affinity similar to Segan's. The reason was obvious... He was searching for someone that could come along with his plan of resurrecting Shizuo. Ever since his death, Yoso felt responsible for his death.
