Prince

Hiro had mentally prepared himself for the required ritual he had just completed in order to be recognized as the head of the Moon Clan. He entered his awaiting car, glad that the first battle had been won and was preparing for the battles to come. There would be plenty of them, for he would be a very easy target.  “Such a rather drabe and simple debut.” Across from him his secretary’s alabaster skin was a sharp contrast to the black suit and tie the man wore. “But I suppose it was rather hurried.” Hurriedly the secretary scribbled on his notepad. Hiro knew him well before any of this occurred. Xaiver had been part of the Moon Clan's followers when Hiro was a child. Vague memories of running through fields with a younger version of this Albino man filtered Hiro's mind but were gone as soon as the man beside him spoke.  “How did she seem?” Sitting next to Hiro was his faithful bodyguard, a Chinese man he grew up with. Chang Lee was ever faithful to the Moon clan and had helped Hiro train to become what is is now.  A chuckle from the front, the driver no less. “I bet she nearly screamed.”  The final man was the oldest of their small group, an American born man known as Adam. Hiro saw him as any little brother would his elder sibling...a trustworthy individual but annoying as well. Adam had been in the family the longest, being there when Hiro and his sister were born.  These three men were the only ones Hiro trusted completely. They would never go against his father nor him and that made them family. It also helped that each of them wanted revenge themselves and the Moon Clan was able to provide them each with their desired revenge. Adam wanted to kill the man whom killed Hiro's father, Xaiver wanted to completely demolish the Sun Clan, and Lee wished to regain his family honor by bringing back the Moon Clan to its former glory. Each man Hiro had grown up with and each man had his own story to tell.  “Even harsh queens know how to act in public, Adam.” Xaiver said “Though, it would have been nice to see such a...hellion lose her composure.”  “Call her as she is...a plain as day bitch.” Adam huffed.  “Enough.” Hiro spoke and all appeased their lord and master. “Updates.”  “There are no records of a Hinako or a form of that name within any orphanage in Japan.” Xaiver explained. “Adam also looked through death records and found nothing.”  That sounded odd to Lee. “One does not disappear off the face of the Earth unless they have been spirited away.”  “Well spoken Lee.” Xaiver nodded. “Even in our line of work, there is still some sort of trace. We may have to delve deeper. Perhaps we should look outside of Japan.”  "Do whatever is needed for we are short of time." Hiro stated. He had been given only two weeks and within that two weeks he also had to managed the Moon Clan. This little escapade alone had been two day's worth of his time. Hiro did NOT like his time wasted.  “Are you sure she’s alive?” Adam asked as he gazed at Hiro through the rear view mirror.  “Yes.” Hiro crossed his arms. “My sister is alive. He promised.”  “It would help greatly if you told us who saved her.” Xaiver prodded and glaring blue eyes were sent his way. “I gave my word, I will not divulge.”  Xaiver sighed. “What a small needle you have made us locate under a large pile of straw…” His phone rang and glancing at the number his light blue eyes gazed at his employer. “It is the girls.” A nod and Xaiver went to answer. Being Hiro's secretary wasn't Xaiver's only job...He also helped run the brothel in Shibuya. It was his specialty, dealing with red light district problems.  “This is a fool’s errand.” Lee disapproved of this first mission. “But a noble one at best. If the princess is indeed alive, the prince shall find her.” He noticed Hiro’s sideway glance his way. “I have located the would be assassin from last night...He is currently within the prison under the compound. A fitting first kill for the Moon Patriarch.”  Hiro recalled the situation immediately. A gunman had entered the Moon Clan's vast compound in search of Hiro. Instead he was met with Lee's sword to his throat.  “He is not mine to kill.” Hiro averted his gaze to watch the scenery pass by. “Though I will be inclined to determine his fate and watch it unfold.”  “Only a day and already a price on your head.” Adam sighed. “What a world this is…” He gave pause. “If she’s alive...Do you really want her to well...Live like this?” “The princess belongs to the lord of the clan.” Lee spoke up. “He is only searching for what was taken from him.”  They all fell silent in agreement. According to family laws, the sister was Hiro's property and in their family, property needed to be recovered immediately.  “We should head home…” Xaiver ended his call. “That was a lot of alcohol you consumed, Yuy.” Hiro raised an eyebrow at him. “You had your first taste only a few days ago...I am impressed you are not passed out by now. That was a total of 30 cups you drank in just under an hour.”  “He is not wrong.” Lee eyed his charge again.  “It was a won battle. You deserve to rest for a bit.”  Hiro glared at them all. “I’m fine!”  Another chuckle from the driver.  “Definately like his father…”  “I will not rest until she is found.” The stubborn Yuy attitude was in full force at the moment. Hiro would not back down. “Very well,” Xaiver stated. “We are due to be at the hotel by 1 and--”  “Save your words…” Lee started with a chuckle. Eyes noticed the new Moon Patriarch, completely slumped against the passenger door, his eyes closed. Even stubborn men could not win a fight against their body's instances. It was amazing Hiro had managed to last this long after consuming near a bottle's worth of the world's best sake.  “Out cold?” Adam asked. “Yes.”  Adam grinned. “You owe me 30 bucks Chang.”  Lee rolled his eyes, Xaiver shook his head.  “My, my...what an odd family we have…”
