Chapter Twenty Six: Final
"Hi, Sheldon," I whisper. Within seconds I am greeted by Sheldon's Lips on mine. He kisses me softly but with passion. He softly pulls his lips from mine and I feel the heat rise to my cheeks. "S-Sheldon," I whisper. I look up at him. "I love you." He kisses my forehead and puts my head against his chest. I feel a single tear slip from my eye. "Why did you leave." He pulls back from me a little. "Because being around you, it hurt. You were with Amy and I was In love with you." "Aww," Penny whispers in the background. Sheldon smiles genuinely. He softly kisses me again. We eat, talk, and play games. At the end of the night, after everyone has left. Leonard takes Penny up to her apartment. I stand ready to leave. Sheldon pushes a strand of my hair behind my ear. He cups my cheek and kisses
