After starting the fire in that place, the Ahuizotl moved away from that place because it was a point where there was a large amount of smoke.
Although he could take care of his daughter from any kind of harm, the smoke could harm her, when the Ahuizotl left the place.
He started walking through the forest until he could see a cave, getting closer so he could see what was inside.
When he arrived in front of the cave, he could see how there was a lying bear which was taking care of her little cub. The bear opened her eyes and looked at him with some fear. Ahuizotl.
The Ahuizotl cleared his throat. “I’m just passing through mama bear, I hope to sleep tonight in this place with my human daughter.
I hope you don’t mind, for the inconvenience, I will give you some milk plants for your little son. “
Hearing the words of the Ahuizotl and feeling the blessing of the forest mother in the body of the Ahuizotl, the bear relaxed, so she grunted that she agreed.
The Ahuizotl then walked while he got smaller and when he arrived in front of the bear, he gave her some milk plants.
After this, he walked to the bottom of the cave where he lay down and allowed his daughter to lie on him.
Little Diana hugged her dad and settled on his fur.
The next day, little Diana opened her eyes and the first thing she could see was a little cub who was looking at her curiously.
The cub smelled Diana as he found her quite curious. Diana, for her part, began to laugh and with her small hand she caressed the bear cub’s nose.
The cub only smiled because Diana’s delicate hand tickled it. While the two were playing, Diana’s stomach rang because she was hungry.
So the Ahuizotl opened his eyes and without wasting time a milk plant appeared, which he gave to little Diana while using his magic to clean the baby’s clothes and diaper.
When Diana felt clean, she smiled as she drank her milk. The cub only looked at the girl with curiosity because she was quite curious to see a human baby.
This only lasted a few moments because the mother bear made a noise and it was at that moment that the cub began to run with its mother.
The Ahuizotl just watched as the mother bear and cub left the cave while he stayed to take care of his daughter.
After he ate, the Ahuizotl patted his daughter on the back as he prepared a fire to heat water to bathe her.
When he had all the things ready, he took off his daughter’s clothes and began to bathe her. While little Diana bathed, she began to play with the bubbles that formed.
The Ahuizotl only smiled because he liked to see his daughter quite happy since it somehow made her feel that she was doing things well.
After a while he rinsed her off and, using his magic, he dried her completely, before putting her clothes on.
It was at that moment that he Ahuizotl and little Diana could hear a thunderous noise, as if it had been an explosion.
This scared the baby a bit, so when she wanted to cry the Ahuitzotl quickly took her daughter and hugged her with great affection.
“Don’t worry Diana, everything will be fine, it was just a blast.”
After saying those words the Ahuizotl returned to his gigantic form and covered his daughter with his hand because he wanted to know what had happened.
When he began to advance through the forest to the place of the explosion, he was surprised to see a huge crater covered with thousands of butterflies.
But it is an hour only. The only thing that had caught his attention in the center of the crater seemed to see the shattered corpse of a human person.
But what he looked at later left him quite sad because next to the corpse of the human person was the corpse of the mother bear and her cub.
With great care, he went down to the crater that was in the ground and he could see that the mother bear and the cub had died almost instantly from the explosion.
The Ahuizotl screeched in pain, for he felt very bad seeing how a mother and her calf had been killed by what appeared to be a human magician.
Diana, who was covered by her father’s hand, did not understand why her father was crying, so using her little hand, she tried to open her father’s hand.
The Ahuizotl allowed his daughter to see a little of the place although it would not allow her to see the corpses because it was a scene that a baby should not be seeing.
When little Diana looked at the beautiful sky, she realized that there were thousands of butterflies flying in the sky, so she looked at them, completely astonished.
For it was the first time that she could see those creatures with wings flying in the sky. One of them seemed to approach where little Diana was.
At that moment, she saw something fascinating because in that butterfly she can see the little bear cub that had greeted her in the morning.
Using her little hand, she tried to touch the silhouette of the cub, but at that moment, she realized that the little cub seemed to say goodbye to her.
From what she could only touch was a beautiful red butterfly, which stood on her little hand. The Ahuizotl had not noticed anything his daughter had seen.
But like an animal that cherished the life of a mother or father, it began to dig into the earth to create a hole so that it could bury the mother bear and the little cub.
This is because he wanted them to return to the forest mother where they would be received by her so that they could become a new animal.
While he was doing that, little Diana was dedicated to playing with the butterflies as she found them quite interesting and pleasant companions.
What they did not know was that the explosion had been caused by a magician, which was a necromancer, who had been absorbing souls.
But what died when he tried to absorb the soul of the cub as the mother bear, using her last strength, broke a stone of fire from the man’s belt.
That causes an explosion that ended his life so that all the souls he had caught had turned into butterflies which flew free to their new lives.
Far from the oppression of that necromancer, whose soul was trapped by the mother forest to punish her for eternity.
