The forest mother who was quite tired hugged Diana lovingly "But continuing with the story of the war the battles started lasting days. But those days eventually turned into weeks and finally turned into months. Due to this I had to bring more and more defenders because although we did not lose many people in the end we are facing a completely endless army. This, come to mind, began to reduce a large number of land creatures and began to cook up some inconveniences, however, in the sea things were much worse. Especially since the large number of sea creatures that were dying were mostly hatchlings that had not yet fully grown. But none of us knew that because all the sea creatures attacked with so much energy that we just didn't have time to even see what the hell we're killing. War is one of the worst things that can happen, little Diana, because we simply have to act in the same way as the enemy. They are not going to stop simply because we do so since they have superior orders and they have to carry them out to the letter, otherwise they will be punished. I personally never wanted that war however my marine counterpart was extremely angry and that is why he decided to launch a suicide attack. I was convinced that she was going to completely defeat us simply by using all the life the seas existed, it didn't matter if there were children or adults for her it was completely indifferent. She alone was completely focused on being able to completely destroy us without even caring about her people in any way. Obviously all this that she did would have consequences in the future as it caused great damage to the Marine structure resulting in many species becoming extinct. However, in his twisted attempt to get an absurd revenge, he also took us between his legs. Well, I ended up with many creatures leaving them almost on the verge of collapse, however the war continued during its first year. It was the heaviest year for us because it was the first of the war when the end of the year came we didn't even have a break because the sea creatures didn't stop coming out. I had to try to create some terrestrial plants whose only purpose was to kill sea creatures, the result was man-eating plants which were quite dangerous. But luckily their diet consisted exclusively of any sea creature that dared to rush out. These plants eventually managed to reduce the number of lives lost on our side however they were not omnipresent and omnipotent. The sea creatures managed to find a way to get around the defenses of the carnivorous plants, however it was not easy for them to achieve that. This mainly because they had to make a huge sacrifice, since they had to be delivering to the carnivorous plants a large number of small mollusk-like creatures. Which contained a large amount of magical energy inside, so the carnivorous plants took too long to feed on them, that gave them valuable time to continue attacking. However, these actions were simply small things that happened within the war, but what really caused great damage was not the fact of the battle. It was that the seas simply began to stop producing fish and any other food because all efforts were completely focused on the north. This began to cause a small famine for the terrestrial creatures that inhabited the coasts, however taking this into account I decided to do a rather reckless action but it would work perfectly. For that I took some corpses of the sea creatures which were perfect to create a variation that would give enough food on the coasts. I took the sea crabs and made them evolve into large crabs full of meat which did not live on the coasts but in the rivers or lakes. They could also inhabit wetlands and in other places it was at that precise moment that I began to release all these species around the entire coast of the world. It was a titanic task, however it works quite well because the small famine did not take long to be extinguished since not only were the crabs but I also made some modifications to the lobsters and other species so that they fill the water sources with life. This initially caused a small ecological imbalance because there were a large number of herbivores which did not have a hunter who could keep them controlled to prevent them from over-reproducing. However, the magical and humanoid creatures that inhabited in that place they did not take long to take the place of the natural predator of those new foods. It was not easy at all, however it was a great pleasure to be able to alleviate the problems that until then had been on the ground. The second year of the war was one of the bloodiest as bigger and bigger cheeks began to appear like the krakens and others which were simply in charge of creating great damage to the North region. We even had to lose about 100 km in just two days due to the constant attacks of those gigantic creatures. Fortunately, the dragons together with the giants managed to stop The Advance and a great battle took place that lasted a few months. However, all those gigantic creatures on the Sea side ended up dying, but we couldn't recover that land that was lost to the sea creatures. Without a doubt, it was one of the great massacres that I have ever seen, but despite this, the war continued and lasted until its third year. The third year of war was a year almost completely ignored because although there were battles and a great general m******e continues, only that happened and absolutely nothing happened on either side. However, the gods began to worry because the death of so many creatures completely overwhelmed them, so they decided that they would intervene if the war did not end in 5 years. This mainly because of the great losses that everyone was suffering at that time and that were simply revenge and the desire to want to be superior to one side. Whereas we were simply defending our home from those sea creatures."
