The aroma of freshly brewed coffee was overwhelming. He opened his eyes and sat up in bed, his mouth watering and his nostrils wide open as he sniffed the coffee aroma drifting into the bedroom. Jesus H. Christ! What a wonderful smell to wake up to in the morning. The problem was it was all wrong. wrong.He didn’t set the timer on the coffee machine last night.
