*Lena* The tornado spins wildly beside us, a swirling mass of destruction that seems to pulse with an ominous rhythm. My heart races as I watch the storm churn and twist, the dark funnel gripping the earth with a ferocity that a few days ago I had only seen on tv. It’s mesmerizing, and yet, I can’t shake the feeling of dread that I did not yesterday. “Did you see that?” Skip yells, his voice filled with exhilaration. “It just sucked up the equipment.
