Ivy’s pov
Ivy opened one eye and then the other. She felt a wave of panic as she realized that she was not home. She looked to her side and saw Liam doing something on his computer. Her brain was fuzzy for a moment before it came rushing back to her. She remembered he had asked her to come to his office, and asked her to sit on the couch.
“s**t! Ivy, he asked you to sit, not sleep. Oh my word, what do I do now?” She mumbled, scolding herself in her head. She looked at the time on her phone. It was past five in the evening. She had slept for four hours.
“Maybe he didn't notice,” she thought in her head
“How was your nap?” Liam asked without looking up from his, making her jump with nervousness.
