I went downstairs and waited for my mate to come down. Some Alpha's did get in conversation with me and as usual the she-wolves around me tried to get closer. Josiah followed his usual commands and distracted them. He even held his hand out for a female when she got closer than what she should. The Alpha's that had already a mate were talking business and tried to mend their relations with others. This was the first time an event had so many Alphas. The others that were not mated, they did get in conversations with the other Alphas but I saw them looking out for any exquisite scents or tempting appearances.
