The flight back home felt long and never-ending. I could not stop thinking about Raina and her soft skin, her beautiful eyes, her white pure hair... I wish I had more time with her now that we marked each other. It seems like someone does not want to see us together. I got annoyed by the realization that I had a spy in my pack. I committed myself to my pack and tried to do my best for everyone to be safe and happy. Yet here I am, flying back home, alone, with my mate away.
As soon as we landed we headed straight to the small village at the outskirts of my territory. I smelled the burnt bodies and wood. Nothing was left standing. The corpses were covered but I could hear the screams of agony as they were tortured to death. Damn it.
