When I awoke, it felt as if every bone in my leg had been shattered to pieces. The place that I was in wasn’t at all familiar to me, but I assumed by the order detail surrounding me that it was Landon’s place. There was a part of me hoping that he would take me back to Alex’s place, but seeing as how I escaped, I guess I couldn’t really count on that now. I sat up in my bed, removing the covers off the lower part of my body. My leg was wrapped up in an extreme amount of bandages, and it hurt like a lot.
