Hunter arrived back at Phoenix Peaks, his home, only to be met with a less than welcoming reception from the patrol guards stationed at the entrance. More than ten guards stood in front of him, forming an imposing barrier that prevented him from proceeding any further. “What’s the meaning of this?” Hunter inquired, his tone edged with frustration. The captain of the guards stepped forward, his expression stoic and unyielding. “This isn’t a place where you can come and go as you please, Prince Hunter. We strongly advise you to turn back.” Hunter shook his head in disbelief. “You can’t seriously expect me to leave the city that I built.” “Your reign is over. You will leave either by your own volition or by force,” the guard declared firmly, meeting Hunter’s gaze with unwavering resolve.
