And may He forgive me for the sins on my path of deliverance.
May I be forgiven for the sins my mission compelled me to act upon.
May the souls I taint be blessed with the light of a thousand suns.
Her eyes were closed.
She was still praying to her Lord to save her.
Such unmovable faith must be rewarded.
You have done well, child.
In one swift and smooth movement, I ripped her dress off with my left hand, while I stabbed her heart with my right.
Taking her without death would mean her body would melt under the strain.
But this might just buy me enough time to finish my Lord’s work.
Deliver me to the promise land and my soul shall never falter.
