***Kayla's POV***
I knew what I needed to do.
Or, at least I hoped I did.
When I found the girls, I was filled with a renewed faith in my plan.
"Girls, I have an idea, but I'll need your help."
"Is... Is it a good idea?" Jane asked, curious and reserved, but I could see the excitement in her eyes.
"Let's not get ahead of ourselves here, alright?"
The girls laughed at that.
"What I would like to do is a litt-"
"My Stars. Such a lovely sight to see you all together."
He is here.
"You know us, bright eyed and bushy tail," Jane said, joy washing off of her in waves.
I had to face him.
I had to see if his effect on me was still in place.
I slowly turned around to face him.
Our eyes locked.
His were just as magnificent as ever.
