Meet Again

1677 Words
Since the semester break has arrived, my classmates are planning to go to campin. To be honest, since then, I started to be afraid of activities in nature such as the forest because I was afraid that I would meet Wolves again. No matter what I did, my friends forced me to go with them. Because the events of childhood can happen again, now I choose to be vigilant around those who are having fun. I was so happy to see them happy and enjoying the holidays. "Emily, you know? I read a lot of stories if in the forest we will find a very handsome werewolf figure. I think I want to see them." This is my friend. Her Name Is Stella. She is very cheerful but a little delicate because she often read novel book or watch movie. "Oh ya? What if you were their meal? As you know, you have a lot of meat. Maybe they can stock them for months." Sometimes when I'm in the mood, I reply to Stella's questions by taunting her. But trust me. We are both very close and always together everywhere. She's my best friend and we understand each other when we make fun of each other. "I think you might as well be their prisoner, Emily. Or you'll marry them and have werewolf children." Even looking at the photo of the Wolf, I was scared. How can I marry them. "Forget it, Stella. I don't want to talk about it." Stella knows that the animal I fear the most and hate the most is the Wolf. Not that she kept me away from the words of the animal, she even mocked me and matched my soulmate with the animal. It would be inappropriate to talk about them at night, especially when we are in the middle of the forest. Instead of thinking about the animal, I'd rather enjoy the bonfire and listen to other friends share their experiences and stories. Because it was very late at night, one by one my friends entered and left me, who was still accompanying Stella outside. Actually, I also want to sleep and go to the tent. But I'm afraid to leave Stella alone. I don't know what she was reading in front of the fireplace, but she was very quiet and focused on his book. Here I just look around the forest that looks very dark and lonely. I still strengthen my heart so as not to step into the forest and try to stay still by Stella's side. Fate says otherwise. As if nature was mocking me, I felt like pooping. "Stella. I need to pee for a minute." I opened up our conversation. "Do you want me to accompany you?" Stella volunteered to accompany me. But since it's just a quick pee around here, I'll just turn it down. "No need. I'll be right back." After saying that, I immediately went running looking for a place to relieve myself. Fortunately, not far from the tent, there are bushes there. Then I immediately pee squatting there so that no one sees me. Feeling satisfied, I stood up and immediately returned to the tent. My gaze suddenly turned to a tree illuminated by the moonlight. But it was even more surprising that there was a human silhouette there. Is he a pervert or a ghost? But if I go near him, it will be very dangerous. Because I don't want to complicate things and even make myself complicated, I better go back and throw away all my negative thoughts. ●●●●● According to the plan prepared long ago, this morning we will all walk together through this forest. We have also hired forest combatants so as not to get lost and be more restrained. Because of the crowd and the conditions in the morning, I became bolder and no longer afraid. It turned out to be very exciting to walk the path in the forest together like this. Maybe if next year we plan this again, I'll follow it with pleasure. At first, Stella and I were in the middle of a group of friends. But since Stella's shoelaces were untied, I waited for her to tie them. Let's be the ones at the back of the pack. "Emily. You want to accompany me to make sure the werewolves are here?" She started again. I shake my head in response to his attitude that continues to perceive fictional characters as always existing in the real world. "Come on, Emily. In this world there are no werewolves. You only find it in novels or movies." After saying that, I left Stella first. Maybe she was still thinking about her fantasy. Because of our conversation earlier, Stella and I were left far behind in the group. We keep catching up with them, but they don't see anyone. "You see, Stella? We missed them" I said it as I walked along without looking back or at Stella. There was no reply from Stella. She was angry with me or something... I turned around to see if Stella was following me. But it turned out that there was no Stella behind me. "Ohh s**t. Is she looking for the werewolf?" Not wanting Stella to disappear, I quickly ran to the last place we talked. When I got to the same place, Stella was no longer there. My heart beats more and more for fear that Stella will get lost or get lost in this forest. "STELLA!!!" I hope Stella isn't too far away. Since the sunlight accompanies me, this time I will not get lost and fall into the abyss again. I'll make sure to find Stella quickly and bring her. "STELLAAAA!!" It's stupid of me to leave Stella alone in the middle of her curiosity. Even though I know her will not be satisfied after finding her own answer. The atmosphere that was initially sunny suddenly became foggy with rain that began to fall to the surface of the Earth. I remember the rain that kept pouring down on my body. Braving the thickets of bushes and the many lush trees, I kept looking for Stella and shouting her name. I've been looking for it for a long time, and I'm even more worried about not finding it. I started to feel tired, and my breathing was very heavy. Now all I have on my mind is Stella and finding her fast. My steps are getting heavier, plus the rain is very heavy on me. All of a sudden my body was very weak, and I started to lose control because my head was dizzy and my eyes were blurred. My body fell to the ground, but my eyes were not completely closed. Suddenly, someone lifted my body. And I can't see it perfectly because I've closed my eyes. ●●●●● When I woke up, my body was already lying on a flat rock. It turned out that I fainted a long time ago. "Stella!" I remembered it, and as if given strength again, I woke up from my sleep to immediately look for it. With a trembling step, I searched for him under the help of the moonlight. If I meet him. I'll lock him in the basement. For some reason, I feel like someone is following me and watching over me. My breathing began to be irregular when I heard a growling sound coming from in front of me. The sound I hate so much. That's right. It's a wolf. A wolf walked slowly towards me. Slowly my footsteps began to retreat, but unfortunately there was a pebble, so I fell on the ground because my foot was dislocated. Why does my life keep getting stuck in this thing? Is it really my destiny to end up eating wolves? The wolf began to roar as if to say, 'Bon appétit.' The wolf started running towards me, and I could only close my eyes. His growl grew louder and louder near me. But after that his voice disappeared it became quiet again. Wondering what was going on, I opened my eyes to look around. Empty. The wolf was no longer in front of me. Is he gone? "Why do we always meet at times like this?" A voice broke the silence and my thoughts about the Wolf. I immediately looked in the direction of the sound while still sitting on the ground because my feet could not be moved. "Who are you? Ah, are you the guide of this forest?" A man in a black leather jacket was standing in front of me. I thought he was a forest guide who was looking for me because I was missing from the group. He ignored me. My body was immediately lifted by him, and he immediately took me away from this place. "Hey? Have you found Stella? We're going to see her, right?" I was like asking a question with a wall because he didn't reply to a word I asked. He kept walking forward without looking up. By the way, although his face is only visible in the moonlight, his face structure is very good, and he looks very handsome with his sharp gaze. Being too focused on looking at the person in front of me, I just realized that I was sitting where I woke up earlier. He immediately took hold of my sprained leg while massaging it slowly, then attached a plant that had been destroyed and nailed, and immediately wrapped it with a white cloth. "Thank you." I said. He only smiled lightly in response. I just realized he didn't want to look at me. Am I terrible because I'm ugly? "Hey, who are you?" I asked him when he was going to leave me. "Me? You don't remember?" What I remember. "Well, if you don't remember, I'll remind you." He put his body in line with mine, and we looked very closely at each other. "I'm your future husband, Emily." He said.
