Before leaving, I texted my parents to let them know I was on my way, but I also noticed some messages I had missed from Juniper. I promised myself that I would respond to them once I got home. On the one hand, I wanted to tell Juniper all about my day with Lilith, but on the other hand, it didn't feel right to share such personal information with anyone else—not even my closest friend.
I never had the conversation that needed to happen with Lilith before I left. We left everything unspoken and undefined. But after multiple rounds of intense s*x in her bed, the shower, and then back in bed until she was too tired and fell asleep, it became clear that our relationship went beyond just friendship.
