  I pushed the hand off my face, but before I could do anything else, his mouth was on mine and his tongue left me no room for questions. Gabriel slid a hand behind my neck, pulling me to sit up, then to stand. He kept his arm on my waist as if aware that I wasn’t ready to stand on my own two feet yet.   I reached for his belt without thinking and when he didn’t stop me, I unbuckled it, undoing the button with impatient hands.
