Chapter 2

Chen Nuo's body stiffened as he was pushed into the man's embrace, immediately catching a faint, pleasant woody scent. "I... I'm not..." Chen Nuo stammered, trying to explain, but a heavy hand landed on his shoulder, and Young Master Hu's rough voice boomed in his ear, "Mr. Su is your benefactor, take good care of him." With a firm push, Chen Nuo fell silent. Up close, Chen Nuo noticed the man had light brown eyes. He stood awkwardly, unsure whether to sit or remain standing. Young Master Hu forcefully handed him a glass of wine, his eyes issuing a silent warning. Chen Nuo, understanding the unspoken command, handed the glass to the man. "Mr. Su, here is your wine." Su Cheng took the glass, swirling it in his hand. He had noticed Chen Nuo peeking through the door earlier and smiled at his obvious nervousness. "Sit down," he said. "Thank you, Mr. Su," Chen Nuo replied, though he preferred to stand. Barely seated on the sofa, Chen Nuo's heart leapt as Su Cheng's voice stopped him again. "Where do you think you're sitting?" Chen Nuo awkwardly stood back up and glanced at Su Cheng. Where else could he sit if not on the sofa? Fortunately, a helpful glance from a nearby servant made him realize what was expected. Hesitantly, he bent down and sat on Su Cheng's lap. Su Cheng laughed, wrapping an arm around the boy. "I think I've found a treasure," he announced to the room, drawing laughter from everyone else. Chen Nuo's face turned crimson, his hands trembling uncontrollably. Noticing Su Cheng's rare display of emotion, Young Master Hu discreetly signaled to his assistant, who quickly slipped out. Little did they know, Su Cheng had seen everything. Sensing the fear in his lap, Su Cheng patted Chen Nuo's hip. "What's your name?" In his nervousness, Chen Nuo blurted out his real name. "I'm Chen Nuo." Su Cheng paused upon hearing the name but dismissed it, understanding that the young man wasn't trained in the ways of the wealthy. Holding Chen Nuo closer, he ignored the trembling and whispered something in his ear. Chen Nuo stiffened but quickly asked, "Really?" Su Cheng found himself speaking more gently than usual. "Yes, I'm not lying to you." He handed Chen Nuo the glass of wine. Though his alcohol tolerance was decent, Chen Nuo found unexpected trust in Su Cheng's gentle demeanor. The wine was light, unlikely to cause drunkenness. He tilted his head back and drank it down. Young Master Hu had been watching the wine pass from servant to Su Cheng and then to Chen Nuo. Annoyed that his plan had gone awry, he muttered curses under his breath. At that moment, his assistant returned with a box of liquor. Meeting Young Master Hu's eyes, he nodded understandingly. "Let's drink tonight until we're all satisfied!" Young Master Hu declared, delighted to see Su Cheng engaging so openly. Chen Nuo lost track of how many glasses he had drunk on Su Cheng's behalf. His mind grew sluggish, and memories of being thrown out by Li Haozhe flooded back. On that painful night, he had wanted to drown his sorrows in alcohol but couldn't face himself in such a state. Instead, he threw himself into work, trying to fill the void left by his losses. However, unexpressed depression festers, and tonight, under the influence of alcohol, Chen Nuo's emotions finally erupted. Su Cheng, noticing the young man's condition, didn't intend for him to drink so much. But the Hu family had other plans. Strangely, despite drinking only small amounts, Su Cheng felt unusually dizzy. When Chen Nuo clung to him, sobbing, he realized something was amiss. "Don't... don't push me away," Chen Nuo whispered, his breath warm against Su Cheng's ear. "I love you, don't treat me like this." Su Cheng tightened his grip, understanding that something had been slipped into their drinks. He tried to stand but was pulled back down by the dizziness, Chen Nuo clinging to him like a lifeline. "Don't cry," Su Cheng murmured. Chen Nuo, thinking a bit of comfort would suffice, kissed Su Cheng's neck, "I won't cry, just don't be mean to me, don't leave me." He had really loved Li Haozhe during their five years together. "I love you." Seeing their intimacy, Young Master Hu and his group felt triumphant. They hurriedly handed over a room key, pretending it was for Su Cheng's rest, and bundled the disoriented pair into a luxurious suite. "Hu Shao, will this be alright?" "Men are all the same. What could possibly go wrong?" Hu Shao replied, confident that the room's hidden cameras would safeguard their investment with the Su Corporation. Inside the room, their breaths grew heavier. The sound of fabric tearing echoed in the darkness. Chen Nuo clung to Su Cheng, surrendering completely. In this moment, he had no reservations, his mind overtaken by primal desire. "Feels so good," he murmured, his heart pounding. "I... I can give you a baby too," he confessed, revealing a deeply held secret as he trembled in Su Cheng's arms, their bodies entwined. Chen Nuo kissed Su Cheng passionately, guiding his hand to his lower abdomen. "Feel it."
