Chapter Twenty-One Frost pushed open the door and carefully made sure the way was safe before he pulled Lacey through it. The night was lit up by a scattering of fires burning around the destroyed complex. Neither he nor Lacey had seen the outer perimeter when they arrived. He imagined it looked much different then. The bent frame of a guard tower near what must have been an entrance gate still burned, the burnt out remains of a vehicle hanging from part of it.
