ARGGHH!!! I gently held and massaged my forehead while moaning in pain.

Miss " A nurse called out.

Yes ! I responded

You must be Annastia Willoughby , she stated.

I nodded.

Please miss tell me what happened to you , She questioned more like a statement.

I just remembered , all I remember is I fainted and wait a minute "

WHERE AM I? I yelled.

Miss don't panick this is a hospital , the nurse informed me.

Hospital? but what am I doing here ! I enquired.

A man brought you here ! she told me.

And who is this man , I asked

So it means you don't know the man , the nurse state.

Well maybe? May I kindly get an informant about him.

The nurse stood still like she was processing what I asked.

Well it's not allowed,but for the sake of your condition! She justified.

Alright ! I appreciate your effort , I thanked her.

She walked out of the room to return with a folder.

She handed the folder over to me,I thanked her again and took the folder from her hand.

I flipped through the pages and what I saw mesmerized me.

I was brought to the hospital by JACKEN RYON . Jack brought me to the hospital,my Jack " I was trying to process everything.

Uhhh !! nurse ,I know this person very well,he happens to be one of my close friends,I told her.

That makes sense,no wonder he was yelling in the hospital asking for help and also asking to be by your side" The nurse said smiling broadly.

Where is he now ?

In the interrogation room,she replied.

What!! do hospitals have interrogation rooms,I asked surprised.

Yeah,we do but it's normally used for fugitives who are in the hospital,She stated.

but what is Jack doing there, I questioned her.

Well we didn't have evidence of him knowing or being your friend or relative.

I really have to go and inform the cops he's innocent and that we are friends.I told her.

I Know but I want to be there when he's being escorted from the interrogation room"I said

After seconds of begging She finally agreed.

Thank you,I yelled and jumped out of bed to give her a tight hugg.

I released her from the hugg and she smiled at me and shook her head.

She left the room without informing me,I was about to speak when she returned and said " What are you waiting for?

Am coming ,I said while wearing my slippers.

We walked down a long distance,and I was able to tell we are on the fourth floor due to the sign boards.And we stopped infront of a weird door.

We're here ! she said.

Finally! I cried out.

I seriously couldn't comprehend untill she pushed opened the door. Here it was a long stair case!

Seriously ! are we taking this long stair case , I couldn't help but yell.

She turned to look at me,she smiled and stated,"Maybe! Maybe not!

Let go , she said ,dashing to only God knows where.

I stood still for a while just to adjust to my breath.

OMG !!! you're really something you know,You knew we could take an elevator and you made us take the stairs, I retorted.

Well I wanted to teach you a lesson , the nurse said to me with a stern face.

We got there and to my surprise ,Jack and some bunch of men in suits were playing a card game.

Jack !! I silently called out.

He turned and immediately got up from his chair.

I ran to him and embraced him so tight like a baby cuddling his favorite Teddie.

Anna , what are you doing here,Jack Said while releasing ourselves from the hugg.

What do you mean by what am I doing here ,am here because of you, I pouted.

Anna you shouldn't have come here,you are not feeling well and Here you are " Jack scolded me in the mist of pulling me a chair.

I had a seat and jack continued what he was saying.

Yh, I was literally also wondering the same ,one of the security man said.

Anna you need to rest come on let's get back to your room ,Jack said to me, brushing off their unnecessary assumptions and helped me out of the chair.

the doctor came in to examine me .

Doctor what's wrong with Anna?

Why did she faint?

Why is she looking pale?

Jack kept attacking the doctor with questions.

It's okay , Mr... the doctor paused for Jack to mention his name

Mr. Ryon , Jack replied.

Mrs. Ryon is fine. The doctor said earning a weird look from Jack and I.

Well actually we are not married , am still a miss and " Miss Willoughby to be precise, I told him.

Oh ! sorry for that"Miss Willoughby , the doctor apologized.

I smiled.

Miss Willoughby fainted due to fatigue and stress as well consumption of oxides, the doctor stated.

Oxides as in ? Jack asked.

Like carbon dioxide from exhaust or smoke " the doctor explained , it normally happens when someone in a fire situation inhales too much smoke.

When he said that I remembered the man in the accident.

Did she engaged in any accident ? the doctor asked .

Uhhh! yes she was trying to save some one in an accident " Jack informed him.

Oh!! then she's a hero! the doctor said and added" Mr. Ryon I suggest you take care of your girlfriend .

I knew it ! the nurse from earlier interrupted.

No !! the doctor was just saying something else"Jack tried to lie.

Well I guess am wrong again ' the doctor joked.

But I can't deny the fact you guys look good together " The doctor said while leaving and winked at us.

What's wrong with this hospital and winking " I asked Jack who kept laughing.

ANNA!!! someone called out while entering my room and it was Lordicia !!

I think to look at Jack suspicious of telling my condition , he avoided eye contact I knew it was him.

Lordicia bend over to hugg me on the bed.

ANNA!!! am sorry for what happened to you,I should have been there for you! Lordicia sobbed. She was literally crying for 15 minutes straight on my shoulder.

Let me lighten up the mood with jokes " I thought.

He finally released me and he started lecturing me.
