Chapter Six The Ganateans set sail as the harvest was gathered in, and soon the winter rains began, clouding the province of Slaradun in ink-dark clouds that blotted out the moon. The stretch between harvest and Midwinter was a monotony of identical gray days. Darna scarcely noticed the time passing. Ivanat had invited her back to his library, where she spent her days perusing texts and making notes.
