I awoke with a pounding headache. Sweat rolled down my forehead, and my back was wet with sweat as well. I looked up at the ceiling. Was this my ceiling? Am I in my house? I was confused and wasn't sure if I recognized this room. I forced myself up, and a whirlwind of sensations rushed from the pit of my stomach to my mouth. I have to puke. I took off running only my feet couldn't keep up with me. I tripped on clothes, corners, and toys but somehow, I made it to the bathroom. I made good use of the indoor plumbing and rested my head on the cool porcelain. I had no second thoughts of how gross this position actually was. I didn't care. I try to think back to my last memories. I recognize this as my house now, evidence by my knowledge of where the bathroom was located. But what happened befo
