I was so happy that we were finally going to have lunch together, and we wouldn't be hiding just like yesterday. Of course, this was easier because people would see it as step-uncle and step-niece having lunch together.
Since we saw each other in the morning, I have been smiling and laughing that even Mandy herself got suspicious of me.
“Why do you look so happy?” she asked me, then I turned in shock to see that she was looking at me. “Well, today looks like a good day, and we ought to be glad. The sun is high, the birds are singing, the ocean is blue.”
“Hmm,” she gave me the signal that her eyes were on me, then I laughed.
“Instead of watching me, why not tell me about the guy that was making you blush last night?” I said, flapping my lashes at her.
“He is no one,” she blush
