“Are you lying to me right now?” Mandy screamed at me.
It's been two days since James' birthday party, and no matter how many times I explained to Mandy, she didn't believe that I had nothing to do with her boyfriend. She's been acting weird since the incident on the balcony. We have been on that exact topic since then.
“I can't lie to you, Mandy, there's no way I would have done that knowing that would hurt you. I'm not that stupid.”
It was all James’ fault, and the fool wasn't even here at the moment. I wondered if she thought I was going to steal her boyfriend…like ugh.
It's been two days of no texts or phone calls after a cold goodbye after the party that night. Honestly, it's been tiring watching her ignore me and still be in contact with the person who was obviously wrong.
