I turned around quickly with Jillian in my lap as I heard my father roar from across the cafe. The man had no manners when he was angry, but should I be surprised. I knew he never liked Jillian from the start anyway. I let Jillian get up and I walked over to him to keep him from making anymore of a ruckus.
