## Scene 1: The Art Gallery

Jamie stood before a vibrant painting, lost in thought. The colors seemed to dance across the canvas, telling a story Jamie couldn't quite decipher. As they pondered the meaning, a voice behind them spoke up.

"Beautiful, isn't it?" the voice said.

Jamie turned to see Alex smiling at them. "Yeah, I love it," Jamie replied, feeling a spark of connection.

As they chatted, Jamie learned that Alex was an art student, and their passion for creativity was palpable. They discussed the artist's use of color and technique, their conversation flowing effortlessly.

But as they talked, Jamie couldn't shake the feeling that they were being watched. They glanced around the gallery, noticing a figure lingering in the shadows. The figure quickly disappeared into the crowd, leaving Jamie feeling a sense of unease.

"Everything okay?" Alex asked, noticing Jamie's distraction.

"Yeah, I'm fine," Jamie replied, trying to brush it off. "Just a little distracted."

As they continued their conversation, Jamie found themselves drawn to Alex's infectious energy and creativity. They exchanged numbers, and Alex suggested grabbing coffee sometime.

As Jamie left the gallery, they couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement. Maybe this chance encounter would lead to something more.

But as they walked away, they noticed a piece of paper on the ground near the exit. They picked it up, expecting a discarded flyer or map. Instead, they found a cryptic message scrawled on the paper: "Be careful who you trust."
