I heard Paul pacing outside, stamping his feet on the floor. Then seconds later, I heard Mateo telling him to keep it down and to just relax. I know he was trying to look out for me, but sometimes I thought the bastard went too far with that. He can literally kill anyone as long as I and my daughter are safe. And that scared the hell out of me, to be frank with you. But I was also happy I had someone to keep me and my daughter safe. To look out for me. A person willing to kill and die for me.
