CHAPTER FIFTY-ONE

1704 Words

Maggie really entered into my head. Because all I could see on my mother’s face was betrayal and nothing more. But I needed to confirm everything. I just can’t go on thinking my mother made a mistake when she made none in the actual sense. But just like I said earlier, I was scared of what I was going to find out about my mother. She was surely keeping something from me. I looked at her, and we locked eyes. “Mother, I need you to tell me nothing but the truth. You lied to me and now it’s time to clear your conscious,” I spoke--trying my level best to stay sane. Because fore was surely burning inside me and it was screaming to get out. To be freed and let it take its course. But if I released it, that will be the end of this conversation. I might end up been mad at my mother for months.
