New beginnings

Axel's POV

As wee reach the edge of the forest I take a long deep breath before walking threw the last couple trees into my front yard. My mom and sister where out sitting on the porch.

"AXE!!"

Andrea yelled as her and mom ran up tackling me to the ground. I hear my friends chuckle.

"Are you okay? Where have you been?!"

My mom was asking 101 question I could hear Andrea crying.

"What's wrong squirt?"

"I thought you left us you where gone for so long."

"Shhh shh sh, I could never leave y'all I just needed to clear my head."

We got up off the ground and headed in side with Kain and Alaya fallowing right behind us.

"Are y'all hungry? I'mma make some breakfast."

"Breakfast sounds amazing!"

We all said at the same time making my mom chuckle. I kept checking up on her but she seemed... happy? How could she be so happy I just killed her mate even if he was a piece of sh*t the mate bond is to strong. It was almost like she was glowing... crazy.

While eating breakfast we all agreed that tearing down the house and building a whole new one would be a great way to start our new life. I would stay with Kain and Alaya squirt would stay with her friend Alexis and mom decided to stay with Max My uncle's beta. After Andrea got all her stuff and left with Alexis and my mom left with aunt Ally to Max's Kain, Alaya, my uncle and I decided to start some of the year down. We busted the walls ripped off the doors all with our bare hands it felt amazing when we where done with the inside we all went outside each of us went to a side of the house lit a match and roasted marshmallows by the fire until a fire truck got there. What should've taken them not even five minutes sense they where right down the road took them 30. They informed me my uncle called and told them to give us plenty of time to see it burn they where very confused to why but listened. I appreciated my uncle and during the fire he offered several times to train me for alpha but I told him I'd be happy being the head warrior. The building of our new house stared right away. I loved Kain and Alaya but hearing them every night sucked. They tried to be quiet I'd hear Kain tell her to be a good girl and keep it down but with werewolf hearing they couldn't be quiet enough.. I was ready to go home. It had been a couple weeks and our new house was just about finished. It was a Saturday evening and when I got to Kain and Alaya's after a morning workout at the gym I could tell they didn't think I'd be back soon I was standing just outside the front door and I could hear them. I decided to go for a run and leave them alone. Alik was up front when we stopped I realized this was the spot.. the spot where my parents killed my grandfather. I went out to the clearing when on the other side of the trees into the clearing I seen a wolf that I didn't recognize I stood tall slowly walking over to it I could tell it was a young wolf I got half way to it and I could tell it was a girl an other wolf came out of the trees running by her side growling at the young wolf out of reaction I growled in her defense. They both looked at me confused the other wolf was also a girl one had a light grey coat while the other was a dark grey if I didn't have alpha blood they would only be a fraction smaller then me but with my alpha blood I was almost an entire foot taller. The older wolf put her head down peaking up at me in an apologetic way. While young one gutsy little thing came right up to me and started trying to play while the other one who I'm assuming was her older sister looked at me with fear trying to get her sister to stop. But much to her surprise I started playing with the young pup she watched us play for 20 minutes when we heard a howl coming from the tree line they seemed to be coming from. I had no idea who it was but this was my territory and they had no right to be here. A black wolf with blood red eyes emerged I stood ready to fight he growled looking at the two girls they pinned back their ears hanging their heads low slowly walking back to him. I guess that's their alpha but the way they acted reminded me of me when I was younger and I had to go to my father I wouldn't stand for it. I jumped by the young pup grabbing her by the scruff of her neck barely realizing I was this small my first shes about 14 what was going on to make her shift so early. I turned placing her gently on the ground her sister running by her side to make sure she's okay I turned facing the intruder giving him a warning growl also linking my uncle to get here fast. The alpha was about to charge me when my uncle and Max showed up. Once he seen them he ran off my uncle fallowing to make sure he completely left our territory. Max turned to us growling both girls ducking behind me I stood tall giving him a low growl. He looked at me confused but walked away my uncle already returning they must have been running full speed there was still allot of territory past this clearing. The girls still hunkered down behind me I was still holding my stance they seemed more scared of him. He looked at them with side eyes and nodded to me as he walked away. I circled behind the girls nudging them in his direction they where acting to scared to fake him he turned back looking at us I locked eyes with him I didn't even have to say anything he could see what was going on so he kept walking. I pick up the young wolf as I did before turning to her sister I noticed the young wolf looking between us till looking eyes with her sister with pleading eyes. With a big sigh she nodded and of we went I noticed her watching me very closely with her sister I came to a stop putting her down infront of her. After a second of examining the young pup she picked her up with a loud sigh from the young one. The look of confusion from her big sister was priceless I couldn't hold back a chuckle.
