  As much as Serenity desperately wanted to spend every waking moment with Damien now, he kept getting pulled away more and more often. He started doing at least two patrols a day, but even if he wasn’t fully back from one if a raid started, he had to run back out. Everyone was at their limit and it just kept getting worse.   Serenity’s group were now solely doing patrols, and she worried about them, but when she saw one or two they never seemed like they got seriously hurt. And by not training them anymore it left her plenty of time to help around the pack house. Since the raids had picked up so much Peter felt the need to call back quite a few of the members he had “loaned” to other packs.
