Ocean Eyes

A Night Like This

We are enjoying our food as the sun starts to set. The sunset is beautiful the horizon is filled with different shades of oranges and pinks. This is all so beautiful. I stare and watch the sun set in awe. I feel like Allic is looking at me as I glance over he looks as if he's in a trance. "What!"I say with a grin on my face. "Nothing." Allic says. So I begin to watch the sky get darker as the sun has almost fully set when I look over and catch him staring at me again. I just look at him with a grin on my face while shaking my head. "Okay, you caught me. I can't help myself I'm just admiring how beautiful you are. Thinking to myself how lucky I am to have a mate as beautiful as you". "Awe, you're too sweet." I tell him. He chuckles and grabs the last wonton from the take out box and eats it in one bite. "Hey maybe I wanted that." I say. I really didn't want it I was just giving him a hard time. Allic with his mouth full mumbles,"Sorry".  He's too cute. I can't help but love him. He's handsome, funny, and charming. I would also add that it's a bonus how caring he is. 

The stars are starting to come out and they are so bright. The moon looks so beautiful tonight. Even though it isn't full it is waning. The moon is always so mesmerizing to me. I'm kinda glad I dressed warm it's starting to get cold out. Allic and I are still gazing at the stars mesmerized by their beauty. This is all so great. I'm happy that he decided to surprise me this way. 

I'm starting to get a little colder so I grab one of the extra blankets and bundle up a bit. I see Allic notice so he reaches his arm around my side and he pulls me closer to him. I don't mind though. I do want to be closer to him. Plus he's so warm. Why wouldn't I want to be closer to him? He is my mate after all. I feel so calm and comfortable when he's around. It's great. I lean my head on his shoulder and snuggle up to him. He smells so good. Like a warm sea breeze brushing over lavender. I could breathe him in all day. His scent is my new favorite smell. I lean my head up against him and take every bit of the scenery in. What a wonderful night. I wouldn't want to spend it with anyone else. 

Suddenly clouds start forming and a warm breeze blows over us. Then I could smell it. "Rain!", I shout! I jump up and scramble around with Allic as fast as I can to gather everything up to avoid getting drenched. I can hear it coming down in the distance. It's headed our way, and quickly. Allic and I grab one of the bags and start stuffing as much trash as we can as fast as we can into the bag. Once all the trash is in the bag I grab my flowers and my blankets. Allic is grabbing the chocolate cake that's sitting on his blanket. He then grabs his blanket. By then we are getting soaked. The rain is pouring down. It's a really cold rain. We both are shouting from the cold droplets of rain assulting our bodies. "This is torture!" Allic yells as we are running for the car. This really is torture the rain is so cold. As we reach the car I get the strong urge and a strange feeling that surges through my body. I drop my stuff on the ground. I put my hands up towards the sky and yell, "Stop!". Allic turns around shocked thinking that I just gave him an order only to realize the it stopped raining. Then he looks at me shocked. "What?", I say confused. 

ALLIC POV

Aniey just yelled for me to, "stop". So I turned around to see why she wanted me to stop. That's when I noticed that all of a sudden it stopped raining. She looks at me and says, "What?". "Aniey, your eyes.", I say shocked as hell. "What about them?", she says in a frustrated tone. "Your eyes are glowing purple." I mutter in shock and awe.
