Holding my hands over my head, I dance in the aisle as the floor bounces and sways below me. Grabbing the stripper pole, I swing around it. My hands slip, but before I can fall, strong arms wrap around my waist, lifting me. “Careful, beautiful,” Aiden’s voice whispers in my ear. I turn my too-intoxicated self toward him and wrap my arms around him. “I can’t believe you got me a party bus for my birthday!” I giggle. “Well, you turn twenty-five only once, right?” He smiles wide. Awesome dance music pounds through the speakers, and I watch with giddiness as all our friends, including our new neighbors Vince and Heather, enjoy themselves. Some are dancing, some are talking, most are drinking, and everyone seems to be having a blast. “Thank you. I love it.” Holding the pole with one hand,
