~SCARLETT~ "It was all just a dream," I whisper to myself. I hadn't been able to sleep the entire night ever since Carter left my room. I refused to believe anything happened. It was time to get dressed to leave for the Academy, but I was still trying to convince myself that last night was only a dream and nothing to worry about. The tingling sensation in my chest, neck, and lips said differently, however. I could still feel his lips on my body. They were warmer and softer than I expected. "It was only a dream; why are you thinking about how soft his lips were?" I asked myself; I was annoyed. Very annoyed. I angrily climb out of my bed and walk into the bathroom.
