And so, our new life began. After a flurry of activity and a furniture buying trip in Phnom Penh, we were ready to move in. Aya had taken to indulging in a spending spree like a duck to water, and a procession of delivery vans had offloaded everything from sofas to beds. I’d not been idle either. My spree had included a top of the range LG smart TV (65 inches of awesomeness), an accompanying home theatre system and a Bose Hi Fi system that would suffice until I popped to Bangkok and got something better. And my new office was now equipped with a 27” top spec iMac and I’d splashed out on a 15” MacBook Pro for using around the house or on travels. Of course, there was still lots to do.
