CHAPTER 13Later that evening after he fell asleep, he had the nightmare again. An unknown person walks up behind him and cracks him over the head with a steel pipe. And just before consciousness slips away, he sees a woman’s face. It’s usually CeCe and he wants to save her. But this time, instead of CeCe, the woman was Tracy Cordoza. Her face reflected peace and serenity, just as it had before she’d jumped on the tracks. She looked as though she had finally found a way to escape her misery and pain.
