With that, I left my father and sisters behind in the mountains. Sarah and I were lucky enough to meet three guards that were returning to Arcadia to report to headquarters so they found a carriage and offered to take us back home. 

Night was fast approaching and I continued to think about my decisions. I should have had more faith in Jonah. He was my mate after all and I knew he would never hurt me. If what my father said is true and he was doing all of this to protect me, there must be a threat out there.
