“I-I don’t…” her answer came out more like a low mutter. I don’t think that’s a good idea. That’s what she wanted to say, but her dad didn’t get the complete message. “Perfect!?” Jackson beamed happily.
“Keith will take you around the company and introduce you to another employee.” He then said, joining both hands together.
Cassandra looked back at Keith, but he managed to keep his flat expression in front of her dad.
“Let’s get going then, shall we?” Keith said. He waited for Cassandra to get up from the chair, but she was still seated there, frozen like a statue.
“Come on, Cassandra. He didn’t have the whole day for you.” Jackson said, snapping her out from her thoughts.
